PureNest ships to addresses within the United States only, including PO boxes.
Shipping cost
- Orders under $100: $9.99 flat-rate standard shipping
- Orders $100 and up: free standard shipping
There are no duties or extra fees on delivery.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery: 7–12 business days after shipping
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. These times are estimates and may run longer during peak holiday periods.
Where orders ship from
Orders are fulfilled by our partners and may ship from warehouses outside the United States. We cover all import costs.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to update.
Holiday orders
We'll post a recommended order-by date on our site for delivery before December 25.
Lost or late packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email mdgd686@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Address changes
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to update your address before it ships.
