Not happy? Return your PureNest within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Holiday returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 15.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories.
- You'll need your order number.
How to return
- Email mdgd686@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Please contact us before sending anything back. We can't process returns sent without instructions.
Damaged or defective
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any return shipping.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
